Important information about procedures and our appointment types.
Appointments by arrangement
Please note that preventive check-ups, rehabilitation applications, medical certificates, blood tests, and similar services can only be carried out by prior appointment.

Important Information About Appointments at Our Practice
Appointments by arrangement
Scheduled appointments
We kindly ask you to attend your scheduled appointments. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by email or telephone.
In case of non-attendance, a cancellation fee of €50 will be charged (€80 for a scheduled preventive medical check-up).
Repeat prescriptions (long-term medication)
Repeat prescriptions can be requested by email at ordi[@]ihrhausarzt.wien via our prescription voicemail service at 01/815 52 74 Auswahl 2 or you may continue to visit the practice in person without an appointment to obtain your prescriptions.
Important: Only long-term (repeat) medications can be issued this way. For new medications, a consultation at the practice is required.
If you order via email, your prescriptions will be uploaded to the electronic medication system (e-medication). You can then collect your medication from any pharmacy using your e-card.
Sick Leave Certificates
If you are unable to find an available appointment, please send us an email with the subject line: Appointment for sick leave, including your insurance number, a brief description of your symptoms, and your telephone number.
We will call you back as soon as possible.
In Case of Infectious Symptoms
If you have a cough, cold, fever, sore throat, or a positive COVID-19 test, we kindly ask you to visit the practice only while wearing an FFP2 mask.
Preventive Health Check-ups
If you would like to have a preventive medical check-up, please book a regular appointment.
After a consultation with the doctor, an individual laboratory panel will be prepared for you, and you will receive both follow-up appointments (blood sample collection and results discussion).
Vaccination Services
We provide both travel vaccination consultations and vaccinations according to the Austrian national vaccination schedule.
All common vaccines (e.g. tick-borne encephalitis (FSME), tetanus, hepatitis, etc.) are kept in stock at the practice and can be administered by appointment.
Blood Tests
Appointments for blood tests are only scheduled after an in-person assessment at the practice (regular consultation).
There are no online appointments available for blood sampling.
